Fruit Juice
If you have access to Indian TV, you undoubtedly have seen the Visa-Sidhu ad campaign. I will refrain from reverting to type by commenting on the nature of the endorsement or the execution of the campaign. However, the said ad is promoting a ''Sidhu-ism'' contest: ''write a Sidhu-ism and win tickets to the Champions Trophy''
Over the usual pint or two, Pablo and I happened to see this ad upon which Pablo remarked that the funniest ever Sidhu-ism he has heard went something like this:
Javagal Srinath was having a great day on the field and claimed his 3rd wicket in very short time when Navjot Sidhu rose splendidly to the occasion by saying:
''The darker the berry, the sweeter the juice!"
Go Figure! But I couldn't get myself off the floor for a good while after that. :-)
